- When will my order ship?

Once your order has been placed, your items will ship within 5-7 business days. Quality is top priority for us, and we want to ensure you will receive your product exactly as purchased.

- Where do you ship and what providers do you use?

All our products are shipped via USPS and FedEx and can be bought anywhere in the world.

- Where can I find my tracking information?

Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can follow as your items travel across to reach you.


- My items arrived damaged. What do I do?

Send us an email with a picture of your damaged product within 3 business days of arrival to hello@mysticalberries.com and we will send you a replacement at no cost.


- I received the wrong items. What do I do?

Whoopsie! Please send us an email at hello@simplymedesigns.net within 3 business days of receiving the wrong item, and we will replace your items with the correct one at no extra cost!
